The library provides both public and staff computer access. UCSF and DPH staff must have their badges with them when using staff computers.
NOTE: DPH users must have a Duo account set up via DPH IT in order to access their email.
All computers have Microsoft Office Suite installed.
Printing and copying is free but only for medical or medically-related texts. Print jobs are handled by the desk staff. Print files must be saved onto a personal USB or flash drive that is given to desk staff; there is a spare USB drive that is at the desk which can be lent out as needed. Copying is also controlled by desk staff.
The copier/printer can also scan material. Scanning is free, and the end results will be emailed to your preferred address as a PDF file.
Clickers are available and software is installed on the library laptop.
